Landscaper

As an Abaya Landscaper you are responsible for ensuring that an outdoor space is properly designed and cared for.
Must be able to perform the following:
Exterior cleaning services include removing snow, ice, and leaves as needed. Removing debris from the premises. Dumping remediation. Pressure washing and graffiti removal.
Building and renovating stone pathways, patios, and ledges.
Maintain gardens and lawns--including mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, and weeding/ weed control.
Water plants and lawns and add fertilizer as needed.

General Maintenance Technician

As an Abaya General Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing general building maintenance solutions.
Must be able to perform the following:
General building assessments for proactive maintenance
Light duty electrical work including – replace bulbs, ballasts, & fixtures, wall packs
Light duty plumbing work including – faucets, fixtures, and leaks
Filter replacements.
Painting and repairs.
Ceiling tile replacement, & insulation
Ability to learn and willing to work
Valid driver’s license preferred
